Our approach to coffee is the same as our food; care and attention to detail combined with fresh, sustainable ingredients mean you get the maximum taste and enjoyment from your cup.
All of the team are barista trained and take great pleasure in the process of creating the perfect coffee.
Whether you prefer a Flat White, Cappuchinno, Latte, Espresso or a filter coffee, we make sure it’s more than your average cup of coffee.
To top it off, we won’t charge you a fortune. We can proudly say our coffee has always been and still is the cheapest in Wells!
We use Origin Coffee which is roasted in Cornwall from beans carefully sourced for taste and sustainability.
Here’s a little about the blends we offer:
Organic Espresso Blend
It's rich and dense with notes of dried fruit, cherry and blackcurrant.
Expect a fruity and intense coffee with a big body.
Our current Organic blend consists of:
70% Fazenda Retiro, Brazil (natural proccess)
30% Aceh Tengah, Indonesia (semi washed)
Fazenda Mariano - Brazil
This is our filter blend. We freshly grind the exact amount of beans for every pot so expect maximum freshness.
If you’re used to drinking a single shot Americano, this may be an alternative to consider. As it is the bean from 1 farm, you can appreciate all of it’s bright and mellow flavour.
The Mariano farm is located high above the town of Pocos De Caldas, a beautiful spa town in the south Minas Gerias. The coffee displays all of the classic flavours associated with good coffee from this mountainous region. It has toffee sweetness, it is rich, rounded and chocolaty and has a lovely creamy taste.
